This utilises the weather channel, and a Belkin Wemo Switch. Plug your fan into your WeMo Switch, and if the temperature rises above your chosen level, your fan will turn on

This Trigger monitors your local temperature and fires whenever the temperature rises above the value you provide.

Then

WeMo Smart Plug icon
Turn on

This Action will turn a WeMo Switch on. If the WeMo Switch is already on, it will remain on.
