Receive real-time Slack notifications for new bird observations at a chosen eBird hotspot. When a new bird observation is reported at the hotspot you choose, this Applet posts the sighting details to a selected Slack channel. Keep birding teams, researchers, and community groups informed via eBird and Slack so they can respond or log sightings quickly. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.

This query returns the nearest places where someone reported the bird species you name. The nearest place comes first.
