Send a Gmail message to attendees or your team whenever a new Cal.com booking is created. It runs when Cal.com fires the New booking trigger and automatically sends an email with the booking title, time, and meeting link. This is useful for event organizers, support staff, and remote teams who need instant booking notifications between Cal.com and Gmail. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
