How this automation works
Post Intercom contact profiles to Slack. When your Maker Webhooks endpoint receives a JSON event with a contact identifier, the applet asks Intercom for that contact's profile and posts the contact's name, email, role, and company to the Slack channel you choose. Useful for support and sales teams who want immediate Slack alerts with key Intercom contact details. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
