This is the 3rd of 3 recipes for saving money with a water heater with Time of Use utility rates. The first one charged up the water heater temperature with low cost energy. The second one coasted across the high rate period with stored energy. This third one recharges the water heater to a normal temperature as soon as rates drop to their low level.
