Post my Instagram photos w/ a specific # to Twitter w/ a stock tweet

This Applet posts your Instagram photos that use a specific # to Twitter, but with a stock twitter message. You cannot link the tweet to the direct Instagram post, but consider linking your Instagram account in the tweet and urging your followers to head to it to see the post's caption and your entire page in general.
