About this Applet
Post bill details to Slack channels. When Webhooks receives a JSON web request with the event name you set, the Applet queries Congress.gov for the bill you configure (Congress number and bill number) and posts the bill's title, sponsor, latest action, and a link to Slack. Great for civic teams, advocacy groups, or developers who send bill IDs via Webhooks and want Congress.gov lookups posted to Slack. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
