How this automation works
On high-readiness days, this drops a task into Todoist nudging you toward your highest-leverage work. Customize before turning on: the Filter Code default (threshold = 85) matches Oura's own "Optimal" cutoff. Adjust it to your own sensitivity. In the Action step, set Project and section to wherever you want this to land (required — no default), and adjust the Priority field if P1/high doesn't match how you use Todoist priorities.
