How this automation works
On low-readiness days, this drops a task into Todoist reminding you to defer non-essential work. Customize before turning on: the Filter Code default (threshold = 70) matches Oura's own "Good or better" cutoff — scores below 70 are where Oura recommends prioritizing rest. Adjust it to your own sensitivity. In the Action step, adjust the Priority field if P4/low doesn't match how you use Todoist priorities.
