About this Applet
Send your polling place details to your phone via SMS. When you press the Button widget, this Applet asks Google Civic Information for the next upcoming election's polling place at the US street address you configure and texts the top result's location, hours, dates, and a map link to your mobile number. Useful for voters who want immediate access to where and when to vote — ideal on election day or for coordinating early voting; uses Google Civic Information and SMS.

About SMS
Get important notifications on your phone via SMS. This service has a cap of 100 SMS messages per month for users in the US and Canada and 10 per month for those outside of North America. To avoid having Applets paused until the next month if you hit the limit, try the Notifications service. Some carriers outside of the US are not supported yet (learn more here). Please note: Messages sent must adhere to IFTTT's message guidelines.
