About this Applet
Send messages to guests in Host Tools automatically. This Applet runs when Webhooks receives a web request with a JSON payload and uses that payload to deliver the message to the booking you specify in Host Tools. It's ideal for property managers or PMS integrations that need external systems to trigger guest communications via Host Tools. Note: This requires a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).
