Add new iOS reminders to Todoist as tasks
How this automation works
Create a Todoist task to remind you to rest when your Oura Ring records a night of low sleep. The Applet runs whenever your nightly sleep duration falls below the threshold you set in Oura Ring and automatically creates a task in the selected Todoist project. This is useful for recovery and habit tracking—use Oura Ring and Todoist to trigger nap reminders or follow-up actions after poor nights of sleep.
