Leak Detected
This trigger fires whenever a leak is detected
Temperature rises above
This trigger fires when the temperature detected by the thermostat rises above a given threshold.
Dry Pipe Detected
This trigger fires whenever the controller detects the pipe is dry.
Temperature falls below
This trigger fires when the temperature detected by the thermostat falls below a given threshold.

Reset Alarms
This action will reset the alarm state on the controller
Set temperature
This action will set the thermostat in manual mode with the given setpoint.
Trip Leak Alarm
This action will trip the leak alarm on the leak detector.
Switch to scheduled mode
Set the thermostat in scheduled (auto) mode.
Change Schedule Mode
This action will allow you to change the schedule mode on the leak detector.
Set frost-guard mode
Turn off the thermostat. In OFF mode the frost-guard is active.
Set Valve State
This action will allow you to manually open and close the valve on the leak detector.
