How this automation works

Send a Wix contact's details to Slack when a Webhooks request provides their email. When your Webhooks trigger receives a JSON payload with the contact email, the Applet asks Wix's find_a_contact for that email and posts the returned contact info to the Slack channel you choose. Useful for support or sales teams who want new or updated Wix contacts routed into Slack for immediate follow-up. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
