Log weight to Google Health when Email receives a tagged message

How this automation works

Automatically log weight measurements to Google Health. The Applet runs when you send IFTTT an email tagged with your chosen hashtag and it records the numeric weight found in the message into Google Health. Useful for people who email weight readings from a scale or prefer recording weights by message — it keeps Email and Google Health synchronized.

Send IFTTT an email at trigger@applet.ifttt.com with a hashtag in the subject (e.g. #IFTTT) and this Trigger fires. You can optionally add a single file attachment (up to 30MB) and IFTTT will create a public URL to the file as an Ingredient.
