Receive an email when OP3 measures a new episode. This Applet runs when the New episode measured trigger fires in OP3 and sends an HTML email with the episode details via Email. It's useful for podcasters and listeners who want instant alerts and a direct link to the show's OP3 stats page. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.

Realtime Applets run after the trigger service notifies IFTTT of a new trigger event. Since IFTTT is notified proactively of new trigger events, realtime Applets normally run within a few seconds of a trigger event occurring.
Send IFTTT an email at trigger@applet.ifttt.com with a hashtag in the subject (e.g. #IFTTT) and this Trigger fires. You can optionally add a single file attachment (up to 30MB) and IFTTT will create a public URL to the file as an Ingredient.

About Email
Send and receive important information when you need it, automatically, with this service. The "send me an email" action has a daily limit of 750 messages per day, at which point Applets will be paused until the limit resets at 12:00 AM GMT.
About OP3
OP3 is a free, open-source podcast analytics service built around a download-measuring prefix. Podcasters put https://op3.dev/e/ in front of the episode file URLs in their feed, and OP3 counts the downloads — no signup or login involved, and existing prefixes can stay in place. Every measured show gets a free public stats page with industry-standard download metrics, breakdowns by app and geography, and spreadsheet exports covering full history. The numbers are published openly and listener privacy comes first: raw IP addresses are never stored, only a rotating secure hash.
