How this automation works
1) This recipe works for "Middle East Standard Time (UTC+02:00) Beirut". 2) You do not have to add this recipe each year, just add it once and it will work forever. 3) It will alert you of both summer time change and winter time change (so two emails in a year). 4) For other time zones, search for a different recipe I made.
