How this automation works

Post an enriched Customer.io person profile to Slack. When your Webhooks json_event fires, the Applet asks Customer.io for that person's attributes and segments (using the email or Customer.io ID you set) and posts the result to your chosen Slack channel. Useful for support teams, on-call alerts, and CRM workflows that need immediate context in Slack. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
