How this automation works
Get an email whenever a new weight measurement is logged in Google Health. When a new weight is logged in Google Health, this Applet sends an email with the measurement, unit, BMI, and timestamp. Useful for keeping an emailed record, tracking progress over time, or sharing updates with a coach via Email. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
