How this automation works

Automatically add a tag to an Intercom contact. The Applet runs when you send an email to trigger@applet.ifttt.com with a hashtag in the subject and then applies the selected tag to the Intercom contact that matches the sender's email. It's useful for tagging leads, flagging support messages, or organizing users in Intercom directly from Email.
