Get immediate SMS alerts when people join a Customer.io segment. The Applet runs whenever someone becomes a member of the segment you choose in Customer.io and sends your configured text message to your phone. It's useful for marketers and support teams who need real-time updates about VIPs, campaign activity, or onboarding progress via Customer.io and SMS.
