About this Applet
Get your next election's contests and candidates emailed to you. It runs when you submit any new note, asks Google Civic Information for contests at the street address you enter in the note, and sends the results by Email. Useful for voters who want a quick, shareable summary of what's on the ballot for a specific address using the Note widget and Google Civic Information. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.

This trigger fires when Google adds an upcoming election that covers the state you choose. Nationwide elections such as the general election are included for every state.

About Email
Send and receive important information when you need it, automatically, with this service. The "send me an email" action has a daily limit of 750 messages per day, at which point Applets will be paused until the limit resets at 12:00 AM GMT.
About Google Civic Information
Google Civic Information provides US election data by street address: where to vote, when polls are open, and what's on the ballot, sourced from state and local election officials through the Voting Information Project. Look up your polling place and ballot, and get told when a new election is announced for your state.
