How this automation works
Append resolved Motion task details to Google Sheets for an audit trail. When the Webhooks json_event fires, the applet asks Motion's Find a task using the webhook payload or event name and then appends the top match as a new row in Google Sheets. Use this to track webhook-driven task lookups, audit automated workflows, or keep a searchable history of task resolutions with Motion and Google Sheets. Note: This requires a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).
