How this automation works
Get an email with the Microsoft SharePoint item that matches a note you save. It runs whenever you submit a new Note: the Applet uses your note text to ask Microsoft SharePoint to find the item matching the value you set, then sends the item's details to Email. Useful for forwarding project tickets, reference numbers, or request entries from Microsoft SharePoint to Email so you can follow up quickly. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
