How this automation works
Send an Intercom contact's profile to your Email. When your Webhooks endpoint receives the event name you configure, the Applet looks up the contact in Intercom using the payload or ID you provide and then sends an HTML email via Email with the contact details. Useful for support and ops teams who want immediate contact context from Intercom delivered to Email for triage or follow-up. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
