How this automation works

Get a Customer.io person's attributes sent to you by Email when you save a Note. When the Note widget fires, the Applet asks Customer.io to look up the person using the email you put in the note and then sends an HTML Email with their attributes and segment memberships. Ideal for support or sales workflows when you want quick access to a customer's profile without leaving IFTTT. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
