Keep your team or customers immediately informed of new files available to them. When you add a new file to a Google Drive folder of your choosing, this Applet will automatically post a message to a Google Chat space so that members of the space are informed and can easily access the file.

New file in your folder

This trigger fires every time a new file is added to the Google Drive folder you specify. Note: Does not work for Google Docs, Forms, or Sheets files.

Then

Post to a space

This action will post a message to the space you choose in Google Chat.
