How this automation works
Automate your Hue lights based on Oura Ring sleep sessions. When Oura Ring records a new sleep session, this Applet triggers your Hue lights to switch on or change scene. Use it to build wake-up routines, signal sleep state to household members, or add sleep-aware lighting to your home automation with Oura Ring and Hue.
