How this automation works

Automate workflow updates by sending new QuickBooks Online invoices to your preferred system through a webhook. This runs whenever a new invoice is created in your QuickBooks Online account, triggering a web request via Webhooks. Ideal for teams that want to sync invoice data with project management tools or internal dashboards for better payment tracking. Note: This requires a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).
