How this automation works
Receive a concise Figma file summary by Email before any Google Calendar event starts. When a Google Calendar event is about to start, the Applet asks Figma for details about the Figma file URL you configure and sends an HTML email with the file metadata (name, last modified, version, page/component counts, thumbnail) plus the event title and start time. Ideal for meeting hosts and designers who want the latest Figma context available to attendees via Email before reviews or handoffs.
