How this automation works
Post Whoop workout summaries to Slack. It runs when a web request with a JSON payload is received, asks Whoop for workout details for the workout ID included in that payload, and posts a formatted summary to the Slack channel you choose. Ideal for teams or apps that send Whoop workout IDs via webhooks and want automatic, readable workout updates in Slack. Customize the message to fit your tone.
