How this automation works
Automatically create an ecobee vacation when a guest checks out so your short-term rental switches to energy-saving temperatures between bookings. The applet triggers when a reservation event ends in your Google Calendar using Event from search ends (match events labeled Airbnb or VRBO) and sends the create vacation command to your ecobee thermostat. Save energy and simplify turnover by connecting your Airbnb calendar or VRBO calendar to ecobee to automate rental temperature between stays.
