How this automation works
Send an email with your current Whoop recovery score and key biometrics. When a new item is added to the feed you specify (New feed item), the applet asks Whoop for today's recovery data and emails it to you. This delivers immediate Whoop recovery context alongside RSS Feed updates — useful for athletes and coaches who want quick recovery snapshots via Email. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
