How this automation works
Automatically add a Rest Day to Google Calendar when your Whoop recovery is low. When the 'Receive a web request with a JSON payload' trigger fires, the applet asks Whoop for today's recovery score and, if it falls below the threshold, creates a Quick Add event on Google Calendar. Ideal for athletes who want rest days scheduled automatically — the event text includes the RecoveryScore and the webhook EventName so you can trace why it ran.
